This 11+ minute meditation music is made to breathe through. Please take this as an offering and invitation to welcome to the tumult of stillness. In an expansive vocal, violin and percussion arrangement, this piece undulates through peaks and valleys filled with joy, tension and release.

Conceived in the living room of FrienZone, Annabelle Maginnis recorded an improvised session with TwoLips and Jess Joy in which the three housemates sang, played percussion instruments and made an assortment of noises in the room. The recording was double mic'd with one capturing the reverb of the room while the other was closer to the vocalists, encapsulating the intricacies of breath.
